Provider 680

TOTAL HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATIONS

Caregivers today are increasingly required to provide higher operating efficiencies while simultaneously offering more personalized, patient-centered care.  That’s why successful healthcare organizations are putting the latest technology to the service of a timeless goal….better communications.  By getting the right information to the right people at the right time, state-of-the-art communication systems are helping providers devise more flexible and effective patient care models.  The result?  Higher patient satisfactions and lower cost of care.

At the forefront of this communications revolution is Jeron’s Provider 680 Healthcare Communication System.  The Provider is a comprehensive nurse call system that integrates digital duplex intercoms, infrared locators, portable masters, PBX interfaces, wireless phones, and pocket pagers - all the tools necessary for optimal freedom and flexibility.  By streamlining the communications process, the Provider is designed to allow communications from virtually anywhere in your facility, calls need never go unanswered, increasing your patients’ comfort and your productivity. Simply stated, the Provider is a fully integrated system that is as powerful and versatile as you need it to be.

SPECTRUM DIGITAL DUPLEX INTERCOM

One of the most useful features that sets the Provider apart from other systems is Jeron’s Spectrum Digital Duplex Intercom System - a fully integrated room to room and room to bed communications tool.  Spectrum allows caregivers to speak privately with internal departments - such as radiology, surgery, ER, clinics, labs, and administration - without the use of the patient’s room station and the consequent intrusion on patient privacy.  Caregivers may also speak directly with patients in the room to bed mode.  Patient calls are displayed on the Spectrum’s  two line LCD screen, and scrolling through multiple calls or answering individual calls is easily accomplished with the keypad.  Other system features include Emergency All Call, Conference Calling, Call Forward, All Call, and Group Call with Reply, Priority Break-In, and three levels of Privacy.

MOBILE NURSE MASTER HANDSET

The personal Mobile Master is a portable lightweight handset that complements the desktop nurse master console.  The Mobile Master allows caregivers the freedom and flexibility to attend to patient care activities away from the central station without missing any patient calls.  In these situations, calls are routed directly to the Mobile Master, and a touch of a button provides a prompt and convenient connection to the patient’s station or pillow speaker.  Room numbers and call priorities are displayed on the handset’s easy to read LCD screen.

POCKET PAGERS

Alphanumeric pagers route patient calls to the appropriate caregiver, displaying room numbers, bed designations, call type, and time of call in plain English.  Message routing is accomplished simply by pressing the “Nurse Need” or “Aide Need” button on the Provider Nurse Master Console.  If the primary caregiver is not available, messages can be easily routed to a backup staff member.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SOFTWARE

Staff work flow and patient response time can be evaluated easily and accurately with Jeron’s Executive Information System.  The system generates and archives records of all nurse call activity at your facility and provides a variety of summary reports.

NURSE MASTER CONSOLE

The Provider Nurse Console provides convenient, time saving features designed to improve patient care while offering unparalleled ease of use.  The console has a large, easy to read high resolution LCD screen that displays every room and every call in the system.  Menu driven functions, call displays in plain English, and a display mode which lists the six highest priority calls combine to make operations go smoothly.  At a touch of a button, caregivers can access all necessary patient information at a glance.  The fully integrated Omnilink product line brings the complete spectrum of technologies together into one dynamic network.
